Role Summary:



Handle customer interactions through

both chat (80%) and voice (20%)

channels Address and resolve customer queries promptly in

English & Hindi

Maintain a professional tone and ensure accurate documentation of interactions Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction

and adherence to process quality standards

Education:

Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates

Languages:

Fluent in English & Hindi

Assessment:

Versant Level 4 (minimum score: 5) Good communication, typing speed, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

with attention to detail

Salary:



Freshers:

?19,000 CTC / ?15,000 In-hand

Experienced:

?25,000 CTC / ?20,000 In-hand

Shift & Working Days:



Rotational Shifts 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
