Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and issues through chat support. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Education:

Minimum 10+2

Experience:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
