We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Chat Support Executive
to join our team, supporting customers of our gaming products.
As a Chat Support Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience via social media chat and other online platforms, assisting USA-based customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for our gaming products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via social media chat and other online messaging platforms.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive, customer-first attitude.
Resolve product-related issues by understanding customer needs and delivering clear and effective solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming products to provide accurate and thorough answers to customer questions.
Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate issues or provide additional support.
Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills
with a focus on written English.
Excellent English writing skills
with the ability to respond clearly and concisely to customer inquiries.
Customer-oriented
mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently, especially during USA night shifts.
Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Ability to work day/night shifts
Strong interest in gaming products and willingness to learn about new gaming releases.
