We are seeking a customer-focused Email and Chat Support Specialist to provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to our customers through written communication channels. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the support system
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written English communication skills.
10th / 12th / U Graduate Apply
Typing speed of at least
25-30 WPM
with accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office.
Freshers are welcome; prior
chat process experience
is an advantage.
