A purpose driven role for you

Component level development & co-ordinate for Wheels & Tyres.

A Day in the life

o Designing of wheels, chain & tires system

Concept layout preparation for chain and wheels system Ability to design components - wheel system. Conduct design calculations for wheel system Hands experience in Catia Sound knowledge on wheel system. Perform DFMEA, DVP & design reviews Vehicle and system level benchmarking of competitors Prepare SOR/RFQ for tyres To co-ordinate for resolving field concerns, advance problem solving techniques. Generation of detailed benchmarking database for future reference. Interact with vendors in development of components to achieved desired performance and cost.

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ Btech ( Mechanical / Automobile engineer / Rubber technology )

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of Strenght of matarials , Mechanics.

GDC tool development.

Knowledge of various tyre standards

GD&T basic knowledge as per ASME preferred.

Hands on experience in vehicle dynamic behavior with tyre function.
