Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted performance.
Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Costing & Budgeting
Maintain and monitor cost sheets for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Implement standard costing and variance analysis.
Prepare budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses against approved budgets.
Support cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for cost savings.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Maintain proper documentation for regulatory filings.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Accounts & Controls
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure accuracy in inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Implement effective internal financial controls.
Manage vendor payments and credit control.
Taxation & Treasury
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
Support banking activities including LC, BG, loans, and credit facilities.
