Arthtattva is a professional advisory firm which provides expert advice regarding GST & IDT. The company is run by a team of Chartered Accountants with over forty members and serves various industries ranging from manufacturing, trading, and servicing. Our firm provides finance management, taxation, GST, GSTR, and other services. Arthtattva academy is a training wing of the company that provides educational as well as practical training programs to interested candidates in the field of GST.

1. Audit & Assurance functions.

2. GST reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C.

3. Financial and costing ratios and variance analysis.

4. Periodical MIS to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the Audit Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

Plan, execute, and oversee financial and compliance audits in accordance with applicable regulations and auditing standards.

Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries.

Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted effectively.

Assist in the development and maintenance of audit methodologies, tools, and templates.

Collaborate with the partners and senior management to improve audit processes and enhance the quality of services.

Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of auditing.

Qualifications and Skills:



Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a professional audit firm.

Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical skills:



Good knowledge of financial reporting, direct taxation, indirect taxation. Bookkeeping along with inventory. Preparation of financial statements. Closing stock valuation. Tally ERP-9 & Prime. MS Office. Winman. SAP (will be an added advantage) Power BI (will be an added advantage)

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
