Bericht Global Excellence Pvt Ltd, part of the Bericht Group, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant holding a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) to join as a Partner in its India operations.

This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals looking to grow with a fast-growing audit and advisory firm offering global exposure, with opportunities to lead client relationships and expand practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assignments

Handle client acquisition, service delivery, and engagement management

Supervise and mentor article trainees and junior staff

Ensure compliance with ICAI and statutory guidelines

Develop and expand service offerings in audit, advisory, and tax domains

Actively participate in firm's strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant with a valid COP (mandatory)

3+ years of post-qualification experience preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capabilities

Excellent understanding of Indian tax laws, Companies Act, and audit procedures

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
