Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial statements as per Ind AS for a listed entity.

Ensure compliance with Related Party Transaction provisions under Companies Act,
SEBI Regulations, and Ind AS.

Conduct scrutiny of general ledgers, vendor and customer ledgers, and review of
fixed assets, purchase, stores, and raw material registers.

Liaison with statutory, internal, and related party auditors for timely closure of audits. Review and update contingent liabilities and ensure appropriate disclosures. Perform variance analysis of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and
Cash Flow.

Preparation of ageing reports for vendors, customers, and store inventories. Prepare and finalize related party transactions, tax audit reports, and income tax
returns along with income tax computations.

Support in generating MIS reports and processing financial information for internal
and external reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified CA, with working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR. Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, audit processes, and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year

Bowbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
