Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in GST laws, income tax regulations, TDS/TCS compliance, the Companies Act 2013, and internal audit procedures. The ideal candidate should have handled high-volume accounts, including export-related work, and must be capable of independently managing assignments. This role is best suited for a CA who has 1 to 1.5 years of post-qualification experience and a minimum of 3 years of overall experience in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting and compliance for clients with turnovers exceeding ?200 Cr. Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and advisory on GST matters. Administer Income Tax compliance, including TDS/TCS calculations, applicability, and return filing. Apply working knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 for compliance, reporting, and audit-related requirements. Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights. Handle export-related accounting, including statutory documentation, compliance, and financial reporting. Maintain accurate books of accounts and support the finalization of accounts. Liaise with clients professionally and ensure service delivery meets quality and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (passed between January 2024 - August 2025). Minimum 3 years of total experience in accounting, including articleship. Strong practical knowledge of GST laws, TDS/TCS sections and limits, Income Tax Act, and Companies Act 2013. Experience in internal audit, export-related accounting, and handling large-volume financial data. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and client-interfacing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments efficiently.
Compensation: ₹6 - ?8 LPA (commensurate with experience and capability)
