Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, auditing, compliance, and tax functions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing. Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Oversee tax planning, GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax filings. Develop and implement internal control systems to improve accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, or audit. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
