Role & Responsibilities:
Finalization of accounts and preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
Balance Sheet review, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation of all accounts.
GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filing, and documentation.
Handling statutory audit, internal audit, and preparation of audit schedules.
RBI compliance reporting for NBFC and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
MIS preparation, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Cash flow management and fund planning.
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation workings.
Ensuring compliance with Ind-AS and accounting standards.
Coordination with auditors, management, and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting and compliance knowledge.
Experience in NBFC/BFSI/financial services preferred.
Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of RBI regulations relevant to NBFCs.
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Ability to independently manage finalization, audits, and monthly closing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial data management.
Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
Candidates with MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow experience preferred.
