Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance and accounts function, oversee financial operations, and ensure statutory compliance. The candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial planning, and strategic decision-making, with the ability to guide junior team members and collaborate with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Lead internal audits, statutory audits, and coordinate with external auditors. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements. Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control measures. Manage fund flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments. Review and implement accounting systems, policies, and internal controls. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities. Provide financial insights and strategies to support business growth. Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Companies Act. Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems. Excellent knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Background:

Experience in manufacturing, service, or corporate finance sectors. Exposure to financial due diligence, budgeting, and business analysis. Prior team management experience preferred.
