We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Chartered Accountant (CA)
to manage and oversee the company's financial and compliance functions, including accounting, taxation (GST & Income Tax), audits, and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of Indian tax laws and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations (books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers).
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).
2. GST Compliance
Prepare, review, and file monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
Handle GST reconciliation (books vs. GSTR-2B) and manage Input Tax Credit.
Respond to GST notices and liaise with tax authorities for assessments or audits.
Advise on GST applicability, classification, and structuring for various transactions.
3. Taxation
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR), TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
Manage Advance Tax and Tax Audit requirements (Form 3CD).
Conduct tax planning and advisory to optimize tax liability.
4. Auditing
Conduct internal audits to ensure process and compliance integrity.
Coordinate and support statutory audits, GST audits, and income tax audits.
Prepare audit reports and documentation as required by ICAI standards.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely filings with
ROC

MCA

SEBI
, and other statutory bodies.
Maintain compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and other financial regulations.
Support in board meeting preparations, minutes, and related secretarial matters.
6. Financial Analysis & Budgeting
Analyze financial performance against budgets.
Assist in forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Provide financial reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Skills & Competencies Required:
In-depth knowledge of

Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Member of ICAI(Intern)
CPT Cleared
Experience: [0-2 years for fresher] or [3-5+ years for experienced roles]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
