Chartered Accountant (CA)

with experience in IPO and post-listing financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified

Chartered Accountant

with up to

7 years of experience

Prior experience working in

IPO process or public listed companies

is highly preferred Strong understanding of

Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS)

and

Companies Act

Knowledge of SEBI regulations and stock exchange compliance is a must Advanced proficiency in

Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and proactive mindset
