Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Preparing, analyzing, and verifying monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Auditing:

Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with laws and standards.

Taxation:

Managing tax planning, filing corporate tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Advisory Services:

Offering strategic financial advice to improve profitability, manage risk, and guide investment decisions.

Compliance & Control:

Ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and maintaining internal controls over financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of relevant experience.

Certification:

Qualified CA certification from a recognized governing body.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting to stakeholders.
