Job Description

We are a CA firm consulting with startups, and SMEs on improving their operations and providing virtual CFO services. We are currently engaged by leading venture and private equity firms to consult for their investee companies. We also consult with startups on their operations, costing, and budgeting. The candidate will be exposed to the fast-changing world and startup operations and dealing with investors, due diligence, and fund performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling due diligence and related queries of companies

2. Handling areas such as statutory audits, tax audits, indirect taxes.

3. Understanding and preparing business models and forecasts.

4. Help in drafting pitch decks and information memorandum.

5. Prepare investment and transaction financial models and quantitative analysis

6. Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value

7. Participate in negotiations on behalf of the firm for new investments dealing with partnership arrangements, financing arrangements, and other project contacts which impact the project return

8. Provide ongoing monitoring of assets with the firm's portfolios including review of monthly operating results and maintaining project performance

2. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about new industries and business models

3. High-EQ team player with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels

4. Ability to analyse large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

5. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
