Chartered Accountant

to provide high-level financial and strategic support to our Chairman. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and business advisory. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the group's financial and accounting operations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for all group companies. Provide strategic financial advice and support to the Chairman on key business decisions. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate financial risks. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment portfolios. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and handle all tax-related matters. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and sensitive information.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant role. Age between 30 to 40 years. Proficiency in

Tamil, Hindi, and English

. Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Proficiency in

MS-Office

and

Tally

is essential. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
