Skills Fully Compliant As A Tax Practitioner. Filing Of Corporate Tax Returns. Experience In Providing Financial Advice. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee The Duties Of The Accounting Team. Implement Accounting Systems And Processes. Reconcile Income Statements. Prepare Monthly Financial Reports. Ensure Compliance With Relevant Laws. Manage The Full Financial Process. Conducting Finance And Accounting For Company\'s Foreign Offices. Management Of Statutory Compliances Must Have Compliance Related Knowledge Of UAE & Africa Countries. Must Have Practical Knowledge Of RBI & Fema Regulation/compliance Of Foreign Subsidiaries.
