Job Summary:



We are seeking a qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage all financial, accounting, and taxation functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain accurate financial records, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Financial Accounting & Reporting



Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS). Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Maintain general ledgers and oversee reconciliation of accounts.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting



Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Monitor budget performance and provide financial insights to management.

3. Audit & Compliance



Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws. File all returns and ensure adherence to audit and assurance standards.

4. Taxation



Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.). Review tax computations, filings, and assessments. Advise management on tax planning and optimization strategies.

5. Financial Control & Analysis



Develop and implement internal control systems and processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support management in decision-making through accurate financial insights.

6. Treasury & Cash Flow Management



Manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund requirements. Oversee investment and financing activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

from ICAI. 20 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and integrity.

Preferred Experience:



Experience in [industry type, e.g., manufacturing / IT / financial services]. Exposure to ERP implementation and process automation. Prior experience in financial planning or business strategy is a plus.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
