Position Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified or Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with 9 years or more of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance. This role offers extensive exposure to financial reporting, statutory compliance, and end-to-end accounting processes, with the opportunity to work closely with senior finance professionals and take ownership of key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, tax returns, GST/TDS filings, and statutory reports Lead and support internal and statutory audit activities, including preparation of audit documentation and schedules Manage accounting operations, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities Conduct in-depth research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance updates Participate in client meetings and provide inputs on reports, working papers, and documentation Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements Identify and drive process improvements and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Final / CA Inter) 9+ years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or compliance Strong expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting processes Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/tax software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and lead tasks effectively Proactive learning mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
