About the Role

Frontpoint Health Global is seeking a

skilled Accountant I

with

prior U.S. accounting experience and a CA certification

to join our dynamic finance team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. You'll play a key role in

reconciliation, journal entries, error resolution, and month-end close processes

, contributing to high-impact financial projects and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies Generate and analyze financial reports (e.g., balance sheet, P&L) Support integration of newly acquired entities into financial systems Investigate and resolve financial documentation errors Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Participate in monthly/quarterly close and audit preparation Collaborate to improve financial processes and team efficiency Take on special projects as assigned by finance leadership

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Prior U.S. accounting experience - Mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

--ability to effectively interact with U.S.-based teams and leadership Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (public accounting preferred) Strong skills in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial troubleshooting Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage preferred) Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
