Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant / CA-Inter to oversee the accounts operations of our Mining Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial controls, statutory compliances, banking operations, and ensuring smooth financial transactions and accurate maintenance of books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the

day-to-day accounts operations

of the mining division. Ensure timely compliance with

ROC, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

. Handle

banking and finance operations

, including fund management, reconciliations, and coordination with financial institutions. Monitor and control

payments, receipts, and cash flow

, ensuring proper authorization and timely processing. Maintain and finalize

books of accounts

up to trial balance / finalization stage. Assist in the preparation of

MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements

. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments for smooth completion of audits and filings. Implement and maintain

internal controls

and accounting systems for improved efficiency. Provide financial analysis and support management in decision-making related to the mining operations.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

accounting standards, GST, ROC, and statutory compliance

. Hands-on experience with

Tally / ERP systems

and MS Excel. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end accounts of a division.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
