Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.
Audit & Assurance ( Including Client Visits):
Plan and execute statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance assignments.
Travel to client locations for audit execution, verification of records, and discussions with management.
Taxation (Direct & Indirect) :
Manage Direct Tax compliances including Income Tax returns, TDS calculations, filings, and assessments.
Compliance & Regulatory :
Ensure timely compliance with ROC, MCA, Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Financial Analysis & Advisory:
Provide financial insights, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Technology & Systems:
Work with accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and compliance portals.
