Manage
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts

Prepare and analyse
MIS (Management Information System)
reports for management.
Handle
statutory audits
and
internal audits
; coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
Prepare and file
quarterly TDS returns
and ensure compliance with other tax regulations.
Conduct
periodic stock counts and audits
; ensure reconciliation of inventory records.
Oversee
Accounts Receivable (AR)
and
Accounts Payable (AP)
processes.
Monitor and manage
working capital
, including cash flow, payables, receivables, and inventory.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in accounting and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
CA / CA (Inter) preferred
.
1-4 years
of relevant experience in accounting, audit, and financial management.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent
analytical, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
