Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead multiple client engagements across
audit, taxation, and advisory services

Review and finalize
statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and limited reviews
as per applicable standards.
Advise clients on
Income Tax, GST, Companies Act
, FEMA, and other regulatory matters.
Ensure timely
filing of returns, assessments, and representations
before tax authorities.
Handle complex accounting issues including
Ind AS, financial statement preparation, consolidation, etc.
Provide
business advisory and structuring support
for clients (including startups and MSMEs).
Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Lead, mentor, and review the work of
article trainees and junior CAs

Keep up to date with developments in accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
Contribute to
internal knowledge-building, process improvement, and training initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified
Chartered Accountant
with 7-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a CA firm.
Strong understanding of
Indian Accounting Standards

Proficiency in
Tally, Excel
, and any
CA Practice Management or Tax software
(e.g., ClearTax, Winman, Zoho, Busy, etc.).

Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
Planning taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws
Examining and evaluating a company's financial statements
Maintaining accurate financial records, managing income and expenses, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Advising clients on financial plans, business recovery, and insolvency
Ensuring clients maintain proper books of accounts and fulfill their statutory reporting obligations
Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulatory laws
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to provide the best solutions as a chartered accountant
Conduct audits, maintain financial management and deal with taxation
File income tax returns, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
