Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
Handle tax audits, assessments, and liaise with government authorities.
Audit & Internal Control
Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
Implement internal control systems to minimize financial risks.
Monitor adherence to audit recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget vs actual performance and report variances.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
Manage working capital requirements.
Oversee payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
Management Reporting
Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.
Support strategic planning with financial insights.
Advisory & Support
