Company Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with proven experience in financial software migrations to join our dynamic team for a specialized project. Our organization is undertaking a strategic migration from NetSuite to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, aiming for seamless transfer of all accounting, inventory, and compliance data. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented CA who thrives on process optimization and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end migration process from Oracle NetSuite to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, ensuring complete, accurate, and compliant data transfer. Analyze existing accounting, financial, and inventory structures in NetSuite and map them to Zoho's systems to preserve historical continuity. Oversee data extraction, transformation, and upload, including chart of accounts, ledger entries, invoices, purchase orders, and inventory records. Validate migrated data for accuracy and regulatory compliance; perform reconciliation and troubleshooting as needed. Customize Zoho Books and Inventory setups to match organizational workflows and support a smooth post-migration transition. Train in-house finance staff and provide ongoing technical support on Zoho functionalities and best practices.
Required Qualifications

Active Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Minimum 3 years' experience managing financial software migrations, with hands-on experience in both Oracle NetSuite and Zoho Books/Inventory. In-depth understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with migration tools or APIs between ERP/accounting platforms. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and project management abilities. Strong communication and training skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with CSV-based data mapping and scripting tools for ERP migration. Prior consulting work with medium to large enterprises. Zoho certifications or NetSuite administrator credentials.
Contract Details

Project-based role; estimated duration: 2-4 months. Fully Remote Competitive remuneration based on expertise and deliverables.
