Job Description

Location: Goregaon (East), MumbaiReporting : VP - Finance (Corporate)Education: C.A.Knowledge of Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Audit.Statutory Audit:

  • Preparation of Board deck for Board meetings, AGM and ACM.
  • Perform various analytics to highlight/suggest cost savings measures and robust controls.
  • Key team member for completion of Statutory Audit (by Big4) and Internal Audit.
  • Perform Ledger Scrutiny on monthly/need basis.
  • Improve the processes and internal financial controls.
Cash Flow Planning
  • Preparation of Weekly Cash Flow and Forecasts.
  • Preparation of Annual budgets and Forecasts.
MIS Reporting
  • Preparation of Monthly review MIS of accounts and financials.
  • Provide required details to Private equity investors and other key stake holders on need basis.
  • Prepare Monthly review of Closing Stock.
  • Provide various reports or analysis as required from time to time by the superiors for Strategic discussions.
New Project: Preparation and review of project cost and payment details on monthly/bi-monthly basis.Banking: Prepare FFR 1 and 2 as required by Banks on quarterly/half yearly basis. Compile various details required by bankers in fund raising activity. Preparing calculation for payments from term loans and ensuring proper accounting of TL Payments. Preparing and filing form FLA with RBI on annual basis.Excellent Communication to coordinate with various department heads.Working on Variance analysis and Ratios.Proficient in using Ms-Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in using an ERP system.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:
