Job Summary
The Chartered Accountant is responsible for managing the organization's financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and internal financial controls. The role ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements
Manage direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, income tax, and returns
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with auditors
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Review and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making
Ensure timely filing of returns, reconciliations, and regulatory submissions
Oversee accounts team and guide junior finance staff
Support management in financial planning, cost control, and risk assessment
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
Experience
2-8 years of relevant experience (as per role requirement)
Experience in corporate accounting, taxation, and compliance preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, income tax, and statutory laws
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
