Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-



Manage

project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting

Monitor

project cash flow, cost-to-complete, and profitability

Review and certify

interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts

Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and commercial teams Analyze

project financial performance

and provide management reports Ensure compliance with

accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Manage

accounts payable/receivable

related to project activities Support

tender pricing, cost analysis, and financial risk assessment

Review subcontractor payments and commercial agreements Assist in

claims, disputes, and contract close-out

from a financial perspective Prepare

monthly financial statements, audits, and cost reports

Ensure proper financial documentation and internal controls
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
