Intellgus is Hiring !Working Hours 3:00PM TO 12:00 AM(Night Shift fulltime )Working Days: 5.5 daysExperience: 2-6 yrLocation : hashtag#Indore work from office Excellent : Communication Required :We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Qualifed and Semi-Qualified CA or CMA professional with a strong foundation in accounting concepts and working knowledge of US accounting standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance, looking to kick-start their career in international accounting. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting operations for US-based clientsRecord and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks and FreshBooksPrepare general ledger entries, trial balance, and basic financial statementsAssist in month-end and year-end closing processesPerform accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific reporting standardsAssist in tax filings and audits as per US tax laws (under supervision)Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting issuesMaintain proper documentation and support for all financial transactionsQualifications & Skills:Qualified and Semi-Qualified hashtag#CA / hashtag#CMA, Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA in Finance or related fieldGood understanding of core accounting principles and financial reportingHands-on experience with QuickBooks and FreshBooks (mandatory)Familiarity with US GAAP and basic tax rules (preferred)Strong MS Excel skills and basic knowledge of accounting toolsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesplease Share your Resume on :- 8819910635 mansik@Intellgus.us
