Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial operations in compliance with regulatory standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, GST, and TDS
Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
Prepare financial statements and reports
Lead the consolidation of subsidiaries' financial data
Supervise and mentor team members
