We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager / CA to lead and oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all accounting operations & processes Oversee preparation of financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations Monitor and review general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Coordinate audits (internal & statutory) and tax filings Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supervise and mentor the accounting team Implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency Liaise with tax, finance, and external stakeholders Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant accounting experience Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IND AS/GAAP) Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and team management experience High attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance Expertise in tax planning and indirect/direct tax compliance Experience in process automation and accounting tools
