Position: Chartered Accountant

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly competent and qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a private company with an annual turnover of around ?100 Crores. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and auditing, along with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, the Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

2. Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external agencies as required.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

- Prepare and file all statutory returns within stipulated timelines.

- Handle tax assessments, responses to notices, and ensure timely resolutions.

4. Budgeting, MIS & Financial Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance against budgets.

- Generate MIS reports on profitability, cost structures, and variance analysis.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

5. Financial Management :

- Monitor cash flows and manage working capital efficiently.

- Assist with fund management, banking operations, and financial planning.

- Support management in long-term financial strategy and business planning.

Skills & Competencies

:

- Strong technical knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing.

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage financial operations for companies with ?100+ Crore turnover.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified from ICAI.

- 3-6 years of post-qualification industry experience in a private company.

- Experience handling accounts and compliance for companies with turnover above ?100 Crores is preferred.
