Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage financial reporting, compliance, taxation, audits, and financial analysis. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory regulations, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with

Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / AS

Handle

direct and indirect taxation

(Income Tax, GST, TDS, returns & assessments) Manage

statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits

, and liaise with auditors Monitor

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversee

accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

Ensure timely

ROC, MCA, and regulatory filings

Support management with

MIS reports and financial insights

Implement and improve

internal controls and SOPs

Coordinate with banks for

funding, audits, and reconciliations

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

GST, Income Tax, TDS

Proficiency in

Tally / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Advanced skills in

MS Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
