Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible
Chartered Accountant (CA)
to lead the entire
Finance & Accounts function
. The role involves complete ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliances, audits, taxation, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will manage a team of accounts executives and ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise the
accounts and finance team
.
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee
end-to-end accounting operations
including general ledger, trial balance, and finalization of accounts.
Ensure accurate books of accounts in
independently.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and authorities during audits and assessments.
Ensure compliance with
Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws
, and other applicable regulations.
Taxation (GST / TDS / Income Tax)
Ensure timely filing of
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Manage
TDS deductions, filings, and reconciliations
.
Handle income tax computations, advance tax, and assessments.
Resolve notices and queries from tax authorities.
MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
MIS reports
, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls.
Process Improvement & Control
Implement strong
internal controls and SOPs
across finance operations.
Identify financial risks and suggest corrective measures.
Support management in strategic planning and financial optimization.
Key Skills & Requirements
Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
.
5-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in
manufacturing or multi-entity environments
.
Strong expertise in
GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and statutory compliance
.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
and advanced
MS Excel
.
Proven experience in
leading accounts teams
and managing end-to-end finance operations.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and ownership mindset.
Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Establish and improve internal financial processes and controls.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
