Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations and manage accounting systems. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial guidance. Manage tax planning and filing activities. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial reporting. Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and asset management.
Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
