Job Description

Franchisee Accounting & Reconciliation

Review and reconcile franchisee accounts and ledgers.

Validate daily sales reports and ensure accurate transaction entries.

Monitor franchisee receivables, payouts, and policy adherence.

Perform timely reconciliation of franchisee balances and inventory.

2. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements in line with IND-AS.

Prepare P&L statements, store-wise profitability reports, and financial summaries.



3. Month-End Closing & MIS

Lead month-end closure activities and prepare monthly MIS.

Perform KPI analysis, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.

Support consolidation and management reporting for decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
