Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant and Senior Manager Accounts and Finance located in Pune. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial reports, designing and implementing accounting practices, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance. The role requires experience in corporate accounting, auditing, and financial forecasting, as well as the ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments to ensure robust financial management.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Auditing Strong knowledge of Taxation, including Compliance and Tax Planning Experience in Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management Leadership and People Management skills to lead the financial team effectively Proficiency in using Accounting Software and ERP systems Analytical mindset and attention to detail for accurate financial decision-making

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required
