Qualified candidate with at least 1 year of experience in Indirect Taxation Litigation and can undertake minimum 2 Years' commitment and not the temporary one.
?Strong understanding of GST law, appellate procedures, and departmental processes.
?Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
?Proficiency in communication and client interaction.
?Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, litigation-oriented environment.
?Exposure to litigation, advisory, or representation before authorities will be an advantage
