Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and lead internal audit assignments in line with the approved audit plan.
Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and risks; recommend corrective measures.
Lead and guide audit team members in execution of audits.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
Liaise with management and other departments to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support management in developing and enhancing internal control frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience:
2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in internal audit of a
financial institution
(Bank/NBFC/Financial Services Company).
Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.
Compensation:
?70,000 - ?1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
