About the Role:

The Manager - Audit Quality will play a critical role in KPMG's 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD), focusing on audit quality, professional skepticism, and enhancing team capabilities. This role provides real-time support and coaching to engagement teams, ensuring audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of significant risks and key areas of focus on audit engagements. ? Ensure Key Audit Matters (KAM) compliance in engagement files. ? Provide coaching and support to audit teams to enhance "learning on the job." ? Drive efficiency in audit approaches and methodologies. ? Contribute to other Quality & Risk initiatives, including audit milestone monitoring, monthly Q&R MIS, standardization, and audit quality project management.

Skills & Experience Required:

? Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. ? 5-10 years of relevant experience in audit quality, with preference for candidates from statutory audit background. ? Strong understanding of Key Audit Matters (KAM) and Indian Auditing Standards.? Excellent drafting, oral, and written communication skills. ? Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams. ? Strong coordination and task management skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,900,000.00 per year
