Job Summary :

We are hiring a

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

with experience in the

broking or financial services industry

. The candidate will handle accounting, audit, compliance, and financial control functions related to trading and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with

SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations

. Manage

daily accounting, reconciliations, and fund flow

for trading and client accounts. Ensure timely filing and compliance with

GST, TDS, and Income Tax

requirements. Coordinate

statutory, internal, and regulatory audits

. Prepare and review

MIS, P&L statements, and balance sheets

. Monitor

ledger accuracy, client margins, and brokerage accounting

. Assist in regulatory reporting and submissions to

SEBI / Exchanges / Depositories

. Support process automation and strengthen internal financial controls.

Requirements

CA Final completed and qualified

. Minimum 1 to 2

years of post-qualification experience

, preferably in a

stockbroking or financial services firm

. Sound knowledge of

accounting standards, taxation, and SEBI regulations

. Hands-on experience with

Tally, ERP, and Excel

. Strong analytical, reporting, and compliance skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
