Pay Point India, the company established in 2006 has now 120+ service providers and a retail network of 83000+ retailers offering consumers a quick and easy, single stop access to financial services such as AEPS & remittance/money transfer and a wide array of fast-moving consumer service, like Utility bill payments, DTH/mobile recharges, Travel booking, Pan card services, Insurance etc.

Role & Responsibilities

? Develop and monitor

budgets

forecasts

, and

financial strategies

in alignment with business objectives.

? Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

? Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

? Lead the preparation and presentation of

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

.

? Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as

GAAP

,

IFRS

, or local regulations.

? Maintain and improve internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

? Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.

? Ensure

timely filing

of tax returns, regulatory reports, and statutory compliance across jurisdictions.

? Stay updated with financial laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

? Manage cash flow projections and working capital requirements.

? Oversee banking relationships, loan facilities, and investment strategies.

? Ensure optimal use of financial resources to maintain liquidity and support operations.

? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.

? Set team goals, monitor performance, and foster a high-performance culture.

? Promote cross-functional collaboration Oversee implementation and use of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).

? Ensure data integrity and efficient financial reporting from systems.

? Evaluate and upgrade systems and tools as needed to improve processes.

Requirements

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

Typically 4-15+ years in progressively responsible finance and accounting roles.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
