About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to manage our company's overall accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to financial management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards. Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and audits. Manage monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management review. Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, budgeting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other statutory regulations. Assist in strategic financial planning, cost control, and business forecasting. Support internal controls and process improvements in finance operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of Post Qualification relevant experience. Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Financial Reporting. Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel / ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end finance functions.
