Job Description

We are looking for a

Chartered Accountants

to play a central role in strengthening our finance & analytics foundation while taking charge of the business reporting for Artium. Reporting to the

Founder

you will be part of the strategy execution team working closely internally and with external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Leadership and business/vertical leadership to ensure that the company's financial as well as business data is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining strong business processes and systems to enable efficient & impactful management decision making.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work closely with the

Founders

on business planning and strategic initiatives Analyze and report company performance metrics Oversee aspects of

company law, compliance, and internal controls

Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, decode, and present data that drives decision-making

Specifications:

Atleast 1+ years of relevant experience in handling data for mid-sized organizations MBA / CA or CFA level II will be most preferred education credentials Open to work as Individual Contributor Expert level MS Office proficiency with knowledge of BI tools Ability to create storyboards and excellent PPT skills for creating presentations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to tackle complex problems & break them into relevant & actionable insights Great collaborative skills and ability to maneuver a large organization and form trusting relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
