Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage

RERA compliances

, financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations for real estate clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers to ensure compliance, optimize financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage RERA compliance, including CA certifications (Form 3 & Form 5). Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and books up to audit closure in line with RERA guidelines. Monitor project accounts and ensure proper fund utilization as per RERA norms. Support developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial requirements. Handle statutory compliances: GST, TDS, IT, PT, ESIC, ROC, etc. Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and audit requirements. Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Mentor junior staff in financial operations and RERA-related tasks.
