Designation - Chartered Accountant

Key Result Areas -

To Finalize P/L Statement and Balance Sheet

Analysis of expenses of cost control

Scrutiny of General / Vendors Ledgers

Management Information System Reports

Roles & Responsibilities -

Minimum 2+years in finance & accounting as Chartered Accountant

Profit & Loss monthly statements by the 7th working day

Balance Sheet at the year end

Ensuring GSR compliances are strictly followed by staff & vendors

Filing of GST returns

Monthly cash flow by 5th of every month

Detailed analysis of expenses with suggestions for improvement overheads

Follow up with the Factory operations/Service department

Checking daily work of subordinates

Getting loans for company as and when required. Handling bank formalities

TDS calculations

Statutory compliances viz Excise, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, Service Tax, FBT, TDS, Company Law, Audit, Bonus Payable, etc

Calculation of Bonus and maintenance of the Bonus Register

Details required by auditor and Board of Directors

Visiting factory to tally excise Record

Preparation of CMA data & submission of QIS statements

Bank Reconciliations of various Bank

Attending & liaising with government officials

Scrutiny the ledger and seeing to it the foreign suppliers payment is made on time

Petty cash vouchers checking for HO/branches/Factory on random basis

Regularly visiting Banks

Minimum 5+years in Finance & Accounting

Education - CA Complete (mandatory)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
