to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

for business operations. Prepare and analyze

financial statements and MIS reports

. Ensure strict compliance with

accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements

. Manage

internal and statutory audits

, ensuring timely closure. Conduct

financial modeling, variance analysis, and risk assessments

to support business decisions. Monitor

cash flow, working capital, and fund management

. Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization and profitability.

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

with minimum

7 years of relevant experience

in accounting and finance (automobile/manufacturing sector preferred). Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance

. Proven expertise in

financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance

. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Proficiency in

Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel

and other financial tools.
